The quality of services delivered to our clients is backed by our desire to go beyond the expectations of the clients. Ours is commitment to ensure that the client can realize the value for money in all services provided which leads to long lasting working relationships. We support our clients’ operations by providing management of HSE for high risk projects, fire safety management, development & implementation of HSE Management Systems, development & delivering training courses on HSE, facility risk assessment, conduct training needs assessments (TNA), development of safe systems of work, HSE gap analysis and implementation of both cultural and behavioral safety programs. The support services have been offered to the mining industry, Construction, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Public Sector and Government Departments.

Project HSE Management

We assume the role of the whole HSE department and manage the contractors in high risk projects. We collect all HSE statistics, prepare reports, conduct safety meeting, conduct accident investigations, job safety analysis, PPE compliance monitoring, safe work permit enforcement, working at height, chemical safety and hazard communication.

HSE Gap analysis

In order to know the status of the workplace in terms of level of compliance to regulations and industry HSE requirements gap analysis surveys are conducted.
Results analysed and in case there is a training gap, a training matrix and program is
developed for individual positions or departments.

Our Environmental Livelihood Programs

In order to ensure environmental sustainability SUVRE works closely with the Client to ensure that all areas where vegetation was cleared during mineral or
oil and gas exploration we work with host communities in rehabilitation of
degraded areas. We prepare nursery beds by collecting seeds or cuttings from the seedbank within the nearby forests. SUVRE technical advice to the host
communities on the management of nursery beds and oversees the
rehabilitation of the exploration areas.

HSE Management System Implementation and Auditing

In order to have a functioning HSE program within the workplace SUVRE consultants develops management systems and implements for different clients who want to manage HSE issues systematically.
We offer training to clients on how to implement management systems and offer support services to guide clients toward implementation of systems leading to certification of the different management systems – ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

We offer a number of training for the workplaces these are developed and delivered with passion. Our clients have access to a list of training courses where they can chose from.
